Creating and assigning jobs


You can create a new job right from within MyNavtrak, detailing all of the relevant information your driver needs to get the job done - address, phone number, time of arrival and any special instructions.

The job can then be easily assigned to any driver in your fleet using the simple dropdown menu.

Receiving and navigating to jobs


Our partnership with Garmin® makes it possible for you to send jobs through MyNavtrak to your drivers, and provide them with voice-activated turn-by-turn directions to get there as efficiently as possible.

Imagine your drivers having all of their jobs planned and plotted for them, from the moment they start up their vehicle?

Checking the status on your jobs


Your dispatcher can easily review details and status information on all assigned jobs using the Job Status screen in MyNavtrak.

The screen displays the date the job was sent, the assigned vehicle, promised arrival time, and the on-site contact name. It also notes whether the job has been received, saved and/or deleted by your driver.

Completing, editing and deleting jobs


Using a Garmin® PND, your drivers will be able to send critical information about the job's status back to MyNavtrak through simple on-screen controls.

Your drivers can mark jobs as done, delete them from their PND or route to their next job - all with the press of a button.

Assigning a job directly from the map


MyNavtrak makes it simple for you to send a job to a particular vehicle and/or geographical point directly from the map.

When new or urgent jobs come your way and you need to assign them, a simple right-click on a vehicle on your map is all it takes to create, assign and send the job to that driver.

You can also find the closest vehicle to a job destination, and then assign that job to them right from the map!

Staying on top of job arrival times


If your drivers are en route to a job or delivery, MyNavtrak will provide you with an accurate estimation of their arrival time, measured in time or by distance.

This is an especially convenient feature when customers are calling in asking when they can expect your driver, or if you’re trying to determine for yourself when a specific appointment or delivery is going to be realized.

Generating reports on job activity


Our job scheduling and navigation tools don't simply make you more efficient - they also provide detailed information about your driver's daily activities.

By combining specific job-related information with our robust reporting functions, you'll be able to get a complete picture of your fleet's activity to make sure that every vehicle is adding to your bottom line.

Sending and receiving messages


When you need to send important messages to drivers in the field quickly and easily, MyNavtrak's convenient desktop to Garmin messaging feature is the perfect solution.

The simple, instant messenger-type interface allows you to communicate directly with your drivers in real-time, and keep track of multiple "conversations" at once.
